IDM Modbus Replay 4.8

IDM Modbus Replay is a practical tool for recording, inspecting, and replaying Modbus communications, helping you troubleshoot devices, reproduce field issues, and validate automation changes before deployment.

Key capabilities:

• Capture Modbus traffic (TCP or serial/RTU) with clear decoding of requests, responses, function codes, registers/coils, and exception codes.
• Replay sessions with configurable timing, loops, and delays to reliably reproduce real-world scenarios.
• Build test scripts or playlists from captured frames; edit values on the fly with automatic CRC handling for RTU frames.
• Monitor live sessions in real time, filter by device ID, function code, or address range, and save annotated logs for later analysis.
• Simulate a simple Modbus master or slave to bench-test PLCs, drives, meters, and HMIs when the real counterpart isn’t available.
• Export datasets and logs for offline review in common formats (such as CSV).
